My wife and I attended your Land Rush conference on Saturday, we could not stay for the panel discussions. We noticed Palm Springs was not on your buy list, what was the reason for this? We really like that area, do you know a realtor that can help us in this area?

No, we like Palm Springs ... as a holiday place... Not for cashflow. Properties are still to high there to rent out at a profit.Will send a realtor's name tomorrow.
